Special Olympics Minnesota (SOMN) is divided into 13 Area programs. Each Area serves athletes in its assigned counties. Within each area, there are delegations. Delegations are run by amazing local volunteers called Head of Delegations (HODs). Delegations train and compete in one or more sport throughout the year.
